Event Proposal

This form is used to request new events at Unity of The Woodlands. Event proposals are reviewed by Rev. Sonja and the Calendar Team during the monthly calendar meeting, typically held on the third Wednesday of each month. To allow adequate time for planning and marketing, please submit your event proposal at least three months before your desired event date, whenever possible.

Event Description: This will be used to promote your event in church marketing and for the in-service announcement. If you prefer to write your own announcement, please submit it at least 3 weeks before the event start date. This section must still be completed to begin marketing your event, even if you plan to submit a separate announcement.
